What Is Sound Healing?
When used intentionally, sound has the ability to shift your frequency and provide healing in deep and meaningful ways.
Imagine being wrapped in a sense of bliss and comfort that resonates within your body without you even having to try to calm yourself. From there, as you surrender more and more to the places the sound waves want to take you, you find yourself breathing differently. It is a breath that connects you to you body and stills your overactive mind. From this state, you then find yourself bathed in a feeling of serenity that warms your heart and brings a smile to your face. Tears may even want to flow. If this is the case, know that it is safe to do so. There is beauty in release.
This type of performance is more of a ceremony. A simple ceremony that helps you connect to your heart and back to universal love.

Jessica's Journey
After a year in physical therapy working to regain the ability to sit, Jessica was informed that vocalizing would help her strengthen her pelvic floor.
While she did work on the vocalizing, she also found comfort in bringing her Native American Style flutes out to the woods to ground, practice walking and connecting to her breath.
Breathing without pain flooding her pelvic region had been quite the challenge, but she made a decision to share her year of practicing with her YouTube community: The Rune Weaver.
Over that year, what she found was a deeper love for the flutes and a profound reverence for her body.
The healing that these instruments can provide needs to be shared with the world.

The base rate is $100 for a 60 minute session with discounts available for multiple events booked.
For locations within 30 miles of Oak Harbor, WA travel expenses are included in the booking rate. For locations over 3o miles, an additional flat rate of $50 will be required.
