The Joy in life for me comes from genuine connection.
Having spent many years of my life navigating health issues, I have come to learn that a certain magic is unlocked when we can learn to hold space for all experiences. In this way we begin to reconnect our fractured selves and learn to connect more deeply with ourselves, others, and the planet. When I'm not at the desk organizing content or facilitating on-line group work, you can find me out in Nature soaking up as much lived experience as possible. Want to see what I'm up to?
